A Factor To Achieve Success In Business

A Factor To Achieve Success In Business - Barbara Bartlein, R.N., M.S.W. is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, George Washington University. Then worked as a lawyer at a leading law firm in the Midwest. Judging from appearances, it is women who are successful and unsuccessful. However, one point on Monday morning, he offered to resign from his position. This certainly confuses many people, but the decision to exit the "pathway to success" was based on a redefinition of the meaning of "success" for him. Furthermore, he wanted to find something she really wanted.

Whether you are a successful person ? Following this, some measure of success that might be useful to measure your success. Success is:

1. Get a good income from the work accomplished well too.

When you finish the job properly, you can feel the excitement in the job and enjoy what you are doing. Large income does not mean much if you can not find joy in your work every day. The salary you receive should be sufficient for everyday life so you can concentrate on your work.

2. Have a vision about the future and the goals that are consistent with the vision.

Your working life is to pursue goals with energy, creativity and integrity. Of course there is such a creative tension between your vision and current reality, so you need to stretch to reach it. This creative tension gives you the energy to maintain momentum and achieve your goals one by one.

3. Get the love and respect from those around you.

Berperilakulah such a way that you are entitled to get love and respect from those around you. Get this through hard work and dedication. Do not confuse "famous" with "respectable". Sometimes your desire for the well-known to be sacrificed for the honor.

4. Contribute to society by volunteering.

Admit that you receive something from the communities around, then get a chance to give back to them. This is not because politically correct, but since you admit wholeheartedly that you really got a gift and grace; because sharing in others is a great reward.

5. And refusal to accept failure, but learn from it.

It is said, there are two types of people in this world. First, someone who learned from their own mistakes. And those who learn from the mistakes of others. Much easier when you do not need to make their own mistakes. But those who succeed are those who learn from failures and grow with him.

6. Spend the time to do what you want done.

Can enjoy every working day is a tremendous boon. Often simple measures seem trivial and gives great satisfaction. Remember, there are two ways to become rich: having a lot of money, or a simple desire.

7. Having a healthy lifestyle physically.

Proverb that says, "early to bed, early wake up, make people healthy, wealthy, and wise" still applies. Many people pay more attention to his car than his own body, but health is a gift that we can not buy. Remember the golden rule is also about health, which reads, "do not eat, drink or sleep as much as we liked with."

8. Keeping the spiritual life.

Accept that life is a gift from God Almighty. Find and follow his instructions so that you can live life well and move on.

9. Trying to reach kesempuanaan, but do not expect it from yourself or others.

Keep trying to reach perfection by doing repairs. Acknowledge that your goal is not perfect. Life is a process of continuous improvement. Rather than expect perfection from others, you better look at the success achieved by others and give them positive recognition.

10. Believing that you are someone who is successful.

Positive thinking is a powerful tool. You become what you think. If you believe you can, you get "rewards" from your mind.

There are many paths to success, and it must be designed by yourself. Each path must include the opportunity and risk. Make sure that you know what success means to you. Henry Kissinger said, "If you do not know where you're going, then all roads will not take you anywhere." [Barbara Bartlein, RN, MSW, Success Matters - Ten Measures of Success]
