At least in the two-day meeting that you need to review the relevance mission statement, vision, and strategy with the latest state before you step to make long-term planning. Information and insight produced by the process of strategic thinking will be very usefull when you start identifying the key areas of strategic, to analyze critical issues, determine the long-term goals, prepare action plans.
